Live in Dementia Carer
We are currently seeking a live in carer with experience of caring for clients with dementia. Our client is a lively, charming lady who lives in Surrey and requires a carer with patience and understanding. She likes companionship when shopping or going out for coffee or lunch, so a car owner is preferable but not essential. Tasks would include preparing meals, light housework, administering medication and assistance with daily activities. She needs reassurance and empathy as sometimes she feels anxious as she has short term memory loss.
This position offers good rates of pay, paid in house training with NVQ opportunities and 24 hour support from the friendly staff at our local office.
